With all the space that the new caption box provided, the ITA companies had space to include the transmitter channel (or channels) as well as the name!

The font used for the caption of all ITA versions of Test Card 'D' is 'Venus Bold Condensed'.

But then who needs to know the transmitter name? Isn't the franchise holder more important! You can keep the trade happy with just the channel numbers…

I can theoretically create any version of ITA Test Card 'D', but I do need to know the exact text. Does anyone out there know if this version is correct? Should there be commas between the channel numbers? I may never know…
